Order Term

Fuleague Enterprise Limited
is a professional furniture supplier. Our main customers are wholesaler, Project Company, Design Company and private customer. There are two order term according as the quantity of the order.
 
LCL Order
LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can¡¯t reach a full 20ft container. The order term is  EX-works(EXW). If the items of the order just one or two and the quantity of single item can¡¯t reach the MOQ of the item, the order is sample order. The price of the item should be sample price.

For the LCL order, under the ruler of the international trading, please note the following:
1. The price term is EX-works, seller just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for
    any other process of the trading. (Description on Wikipedia)
2. The seller provides the documents: the Commercial Invoice and the Packing List.
3. The buyer should ask the agent to pick up the goods from our factory, we also can help the buyer 
    to send the goods, but buyer should pay the transport cost.
4. As the ruler of EX-works, Buyer should pay the commodity inspection fee and custom clearance fee in China.
    Please clear each point with your agent.

FCL Order
FCL means that the amount quantity should reach a full 20ft container at least. Our prices are FOB price for the container order; and the price should be unit price for large order without the restriction of the MOQ.

For the FOB term, under the ruler of the international trading, please note the following:
1. The seller pay all cost of the trading in China. They include the Pulling ¨Ctruck fee, Document fee,
    the commodity inspection fee, custom clearance fee, Telex release fee, Handle fee, ORC fee.
2. The buyer needs to pay the Ocean shipping fee and the cost in destination.
3. The seller provides the documents: the Commercial Invoice, the Packing List and Bill of Loading.

Shipping Term

There is LCL shipping and FCL shipping for different order tem. The buyer also can choose Air-transport or Ocean shipping for your requirement.

LCL Shipping
it¡¯s suitable for LCL order. The goods are loaded to the truck in factory, then unloaded to the custom warehouse. Then the goods are loaded to the container with others¡¯ goods together. After the ship arrive the destination, the goods are unloaded to the customer ware house from the container, then loaded to buyer¡¯s truck and unloaded to buyer¡¯s warehouse. So the goods need to be loaded and unloaded six times at least.

FCL shipping
it¡¯s suitable for Container order. The goods are loaded to the container directly. Then the container is sent to the custom and lift to the ship, after arrive the destination, the buyer can pick up the hole container and unload the goods to warehouse. So the goods just need to be load and unloaded two times.

For the shipping, buyer should note the points following:
1. Choose a professional forwarder.
    There are too many forwarders in China. According our experience, some forwarders are not responsible and
    professional. They don¡¯t clear the process of custom clearance and unable to deal with some affairs. They may
    make to process complex and pull all problems to seller or buyer. So find a good forwarder company and a
    professional operator is very important. Also you can consider the forwarders below; they are very professional
    and responsible. We have communicated for a long time.
2. Choose a suitable shipping term.
    Because of the interval between each cartons, the effective volume of a 20ft container is 22 CBM, the effective
    volume of a 40ft container is 56 CBM. So if the amount volume of the order is near 20 CBM, you can choose a
    20ft container. According the description of two shipping, you can know the LCL order need six times loading
    and unloading, so the packages are easily broke, it¡¯ s high risk for goods. Maybe the cost of FCL shipping is a
    little expensive than LCL shipping, but buyer can get a safe and easy delivery.

Payment

We accept L/C and T/T payment terms.
Fuleague is registered in Hong Kong, and our company account is in HSBC Bank. So we can receive the first message once we receive the payment.
Regarding T/T payment, the customers need to pay 30% in advance; the balance will be paid off after finished production before shipment.
Regarding L/C payment, we just accept the irrevocable L/C, and buyer should pay all handle fee of the Bank include our bank hand fee.


Warranty


We guarantee the products customers receive are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us some detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to actual conditions.
If there are some our quality prblems, please feedback us as following:
1. Sent us the photos about the broken products.
2. We will send replacements to repair the furniture or attach new replacement in any coming orders.
    But furniture items may not be returned because of the shipping cost.
3. On some specifics we will solve as discount or send our new furniture to you as free gift.
4. We may not accept the damaged items which was broken during the transport.

Repair/replacement Policy
On the overocean orders we guarantee on most accessories for any reason. But furniture items may not be returned because of the shipping cost. Please email us the photos about the broken goods, we will send replacements to repair the furniture or attach new replacement in any coming orders. On some specifics we will solve as discount or send our new furniture to you as free gift.

Stock Policy
Generally we will stock some hot selling in our warehouse, if any merchandise you are about to order was in stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Privacy Policy
We are fully dedicated to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to others for any reason.

Suggestion box policy
Please share your any proposals or new thinkings. We are happy to help you to make it come true.
Colours of products on website may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, etc. All items are hand-made in new factory condition and there may be slight flaws due to manufacturing.

Photograph policy
We will inspect and test all merchandise for damage and missing parts before shipping. And we will send pictures on all items/packing/loadings before you sent out balance.

All OEM/ODM/OBM orders are welcome. We use high grade stainless steel and Italian genuine leather for our products. Our production capacity is more than 4,000 pieces of chairs per month. We could produce the contract furniture and customerized chairs and table. Please contact us.

Can I negotiate the Prices?

Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.

What is your minimum order requirement?
We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list. But we also can accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can¡¯t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.

How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.

Do you have products in stock?

Sorry, we do not always reserve stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details in the reply of your enquiry.

How much will the shipping charges be?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.

Can you give warranty of your products?

Yes, we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please feel free to feedback immediately if you are not pleased with Fuleague¡¯s quality or service. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. Provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements at our cost to repair the lamps or compensate new ones in some coming orders.

Can I visit you?

Sure, we have a showroom in Shenzhen, China. If you are a volume buyer and would like to visit our in-house products, please contact us to make an appointment.

Why don't you state your prices on your website?
We are a business-to-business company and seldom sell to the terminal consumers. Considering our clients` interests and privacy, we actually do not state our prices on our website. The reason is that our client does not want their cost is shown to consumers. We hope that you can submit a target price form to us since we actually need to investigate our markets, which helps us to tune in to our client's need and provide them with more information of new products. It also helps us to verify whether or not an inquiry is from a bona fide business.

How can I know how my order is being done?

  We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
