Materials
In order to enable our product to display perfectly on design’s idea and value, we select the good material with our every efforts, and considering the cost, we select the appropriate material for different design and different customer's demand, making products’ each aspects show on ultimate value based on the acceptance of the market.

Stainless steel, the majority of our product accept 304# stainless steel to manufacture, it has good polishing and rust prevention performance, and not easily changes because of the environment change or time increase. Moreover it can manifest the taste and value of the products.

Other metal materials, to satisfy the different situation, we also use other metal materials, and coordinates the suitable surface treatment, which makes our products appear the rich and colorful change. For example carbon steel with surface galvanization, carbon steel with coating, aluminum with polishing or wiredrawing process and so on.
High quality leather, we mainly use Italian leather, aniline and pony skin, which are very solid, non-flammable and difficult to break, breathable and also have very good touch, furthermore they are easy to nurse and lasting durable.

High density sponge, we use the high-density foam of stable property, on the basis of guaranteeing good elasticity, we coordinately use foam of different degree of hardness, meanwhile, the cushion of our products are filled with best terylene fiber or goose feathers, which can make the products have extremely good feeling of sitting, and keep products original sculpting after used for a very long time.

Other fittings,we do not neglect choice of any fitting. Every component is a part of product, they can affect the product's performance, and therefore we take seriously consideration to select the good fitting similarly, making our products tend to be perfect.

Packing material, to prevent the product from damaging in transportation process, and make the product maintain good image in the market, we use good appearance and solid packing material, coordinating the reasonable packing plan.

Technique

Whatever our idea or the customer provided design; they will be designed by our professional designers so that the design is perfect on theoretically, and suits the production. Then, sample producing engineers make them according to these design paper, after all person's appraisal and the repetition revision, we definite the model finally. In this process we had guaranteed that the products’ performance of the various aspects is qualified and secure before produced.

Engineer will stat data of every aspects on confirmed model, and make the specialized project blueprint, technique of production and standard, which provide the basis for the production accuracy, ensuring our entire production process to be in order.

We always delicate on research of process technique, making every efforts to enhance the quality of the products unceasingly, accordingly improving competitive power of our product in the market. From raw material choice to the end product packing, we do not neglect any step of entire process.
