Where are these items shipped from?

All of these items will be produced in our China factory according to your order requirements and then shipped directly from our factory.

  • Shipping by sea + Local UPS|Fedex, When the package size of the order is within the delivery range of UPS | Fedex, it will be shipped by sea to the port closest to you first, and then transferred to the local UPS | Fedex to be delivered to your door.
  • Shipping by sea + Truck | Local Feight company, For orders with large packages, they will be shipped by sea to the port nearest to you first, and then our local freight forwarder will arrange a truck or local logistics company to deliver to your door.

Of course, some delivery addresses far from the sea port may use railway transit transportation. No matter which shipping method, our team will track the whole process and provide you with timely updates until you receive all the packages safely.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your order, but you can track the latest delivery status on the tracking page, including production, loading, shipping, arrival, customs clearance, terminal delivery and delays, etc.

For larger items that are shipped by local freight companies after Customs clearance is done, they will contact you and arrange an appointment before delivery.

Do I need to pay additional shipping cost or customs duties?

What if my order shows as delivered but is actually missing?
