How to place a order?
Placing an order on Fuleague is simple and convenient:
- Browse Products – Find the items you want and select the desired options (e.g., fabric, color, size).
- Add to Cart – Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Review Your Cart – Click the cart icon at the top right to review your selected items.
- Proceed to Checkout – Click "Checkout" and fill in your shipping and billing details.
- Choose Payment Method – Select a payment option and enter the required information.
- Confirm & Place Order – Review your order details, then click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
- Order Confirmation – You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?
Yes, you'd better register an account before placing an order and set your address and other information, so that it will be convenient for you to place an order;
Of course, you can also add products directly to the shopping cart and fill in your address and other information when checking out. When you submit the order, the system will save this information in your account.
However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After Placing It?
Please check the order information carefully before submitting the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible generally.
After placing the order, If you need to make changes or cancel your order, Please contact our Customer Service to check the order status as soon as possible.
If the Upholstery material has not yet been sourced for your order, we may have the opportunity to change the color or material for free; otherwise, you may need to bear some costs to change it.
For cancellations of custom orders that have already been put into production, only 50% of the amount will be refunded; For custom orders that have been shipped, cancellations due to non-quality issues are not acceptable;
Once your order has been completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Please double-check that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed online.
Please contact customer service as soon as possible to check the feasibility of the change. Because it depends on whether the order has been shipped, the progress of the shipping, and the service of the carrier. Some carriers provide address change services by charging an additional fee. Taking all this into consideration, we still understand that sometimes you want us to try, so you can contact customer service to check the feasibility. Please note that the country cannot be changed, the success depends on the carrier, and the additional address change costs will be borne by the customer.
If unfortunately, the carrier delivering your order does not provide address change services, or the package is already on the way to the original address, please try to receive your order at the original delivery address or contact the local carrier directly for assistance. If the address is completely invalid, the package may be destroyed or returned to the sender. In this case, you will be charged a penalty, which may include but is not limited to additional shipping and handling fees.

Please contact our customer service to confirm the feasibility before placing an order. If it is feasible, the customer service staff will guide you to place the order. Usually there is an Order notes area on the check out page for you to fill in special requirements or note some key points.
If you have already placed an order but have special requirements, please contact our customer service to confirm whether it is feasible. If it is feasible, we will make arrangements. If it is not feasible, you also have the right to modify or cancel the order before it is shipped and obtain a full refund.
